Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. vomiting of milk is quite normal do burping of the baby then change the clothes small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
