Breastfeeding-Not as easy as it sounds!
breastfeeding is not as easy as it sounds but also the most amazing part of the motherhood.. I had a c-section and after couple of hours only nurse came to me with my baby in her hand and told me to feed him.. at first it was very panicking moment as i was so in pain and nurse was pressing my breast to feed my baby.. in the first month my nipples skin didnt heal as needed to feed my son continuously... even i cried in pain many times. being a first time mom i faced problems but i always feel so complete and lucky whenever i feed my baby. when i see my son\'s face at the time of feeding, its the happiest moment of my life..

\"matritva\" is incompletw without feeding ur baby.. but it is the 2 nd most challanging thing for a mom after giving birth ... as I delivered my baby I faced a lot of problems while feeding my baby as my breasts engorged and nipples were sore n cracked.. and I was just helpless and at the same time worried abt my baby bcz when she was feeding she sucked up some blood from cracked nipples to.. that moment was very panic for me as a mother... and the problem persist till 3 months.. and now my baby is 7 month old.... one thing I found is that \"u just have to be patience all the time\"n the smiling face of ur baby wll make u forget all things...

Really breast feeding is not as easy as it sounds. I had c section in the morning and my baby was given to me in the evening for the first time to feed. I was unable to feed him....unable to handle him....and moreover my body wasn\'t producing milk. I tried several times but got failed....I suffered depression for 1 month...thinking I am unable to fulfill my baby\'s first ever need. But as the passed.... I kept on trying...now I give him my milk n formula milk both... Now I forget all those nightmares after looking his smiling face.

Breastfeeding ufff what a journey... For first time moms its a daunting task.. Just getting used to ur baby pulling ur nipples was such a painful task. Thankfully I had a very nice massage lady for my baby who helped me learn how to feed her.. If not for her I would have never been able to breastfeed her.. My nipples were clogged and had to be cleant for the milk to flow.. I did see a lactation specialist who didn't even bother to check about the clog.. She kept saying I wasn't holding my baby in the right position so she wasnt able to feed.. I remember taking lactare tablets to increase milk and then suffering for a week due to engorgement and clogged pores.. Thanks to this aunt who with her experience was able to pin point the problem and solve it.. It's been 2yrs now feeding my baby. And yes though it's embarrassing to feed her when others are around and there is no privacy, I would still do it fearlessly for my little tigress :)
can u pls share how she opened clogged pores. same happened with me also.

u can pump and store it in the fridge.. u can double boil it ( keep the bottle of cold milk in vessel containing hot water till it turns warm) u can store milk like this for 4-6montgs also.. fresh milk can be given to baby within 2-3hrs at room temperature with refrigeration.. but if ur planing for whole day then chilling us only option.. I have seen a video that a mom stores upto 1lt of milk per day..
without refrigeration..how long expressed BM stays good 2-3hrs?
1.non refrigeration -3 hrs
2.refrigirated - how long does it stay?
