They say that Breastfeeding should be like a woman’s second nature! However, it is a difficult process for most of Moms especially who are doing this for the first time! Dear Moms,Share with us what were your challenges in the comments below!
My baby is 4 months old. I cannot feed sitting so I always feed him in lying down position. Will feed him like that causes any problem? he seems very comfortable feeding while sleeping than sitting. Every one says not to feed sleeping. I am very confused.
I was lactating but my baby had troubles latching on. My nurse did not offer insight on how to prep yourself before you feed in the initial days, that us, you should massage your breasts and nipples to make latching easy for your little one.
Because of incorrect latching, both of my nipples became cracked, and one even bled a little. I used to feed him through the pain not wanting to pump regularly (I used to pump when the pain was unbearable).
I used to apply an ointment to ease the pain and soon learnt the right way to feed my darling. He\'s 9 months old now and those painful days are long gone. So new mothers, you guys are doing great, whatever you\'re doing- whether it\'s breastfeeding or bottle feeding your milk or even formula feeding! Stay happy and blessed!

please do not give anything except bm .. everyone will say one thing or the other, kindly stay patient.. my mom in law also says the same.. c tells me that my husband started having cerelac since 2 months.. I usually joke wd her saying that seems my husband was strong enuf to digest cerelac by 2months.. 😊😊😊.. 6 months exclusively breast milk and nothing else.. not even water... Enjoy being the sole provider of ur lil one till 6 months... m enjoying myn too...
please dont give anything other than breastmilk to your baby. Weight gain is normal. No need to worry. Continue till he is 6 months old and then start solid foods.
Happy parenting.

Don't feed by lying...Because the milk will over flow by lying down ..the baby may cause a suffocating during the feed

iys not that easy for the first time. I wasn't producing a lot of milk initially and my baby wasn't able to suck nicely, it was so frustrating, I used to feel sad. But my mother, my mom in law and my husband ,they consoled me and made me to keep trying and it all turned out to be fine.
