kis age se hum baby ko khichdi dalia suji ki kheer etc dena start kar sakte hai
Generally doctors advice 6 months exclusive breast feeding hona chahiye.... 6 onwards aap above mentioned items in semi solid form along with breast feeding de sakte ho
