first food for babies should always be something on the sweeter side ( naturally sweet) . what best than fruits,.. apple banana, pomegranate,.. then we can introduce oats, ragi and dalia porridge,l

Starting solids with banana, boiled carrots& apples are good. Furthermore I introduced khichdi, dal ka pani, boiled & mashed potato + lauki. When my baby completed 1+yrs I started giving her soft idli, utappam as well. Along with milk, I started chaach and plain curd also.
Now she is 3yrs old and she loves exploring different kinds of food except the spicy ones.
