soak one fig, 2 dates, 5 almond, 3 cashews, 2 pista, 10 raisin overnight and in morning remove almond skin and let all boil . make a paste. it is a very good breakfast from 8 months(decrease quantity of nuts n dry fruits ). consistance may vary depends on month r age of baby.

also use soya floor and soyabean ... all beans are high in iron mashed then and cook different varieties with it ... dates is a good option too.
