my baby is 50 days old. she is also having small small pimples in her cheeks and neck. Also lips gets dry. is it normal?

Its is fine..no need to worry..even my baby had this from 3rd day of birth..she is now 73 days.I was worried at first and went to doc but he said its nothing to be worried ..they will just go off..as he said now all the pimples are gone by themselves..they are just baby pimples itseems..but it will take time to go.
my baby is 15 day old... she have little pimples like something on her face... any suggestions to avoid this....?
