below 3months no need to clean it...if at all required..use wash clothes to clean either silicon finger brush.

As my kid is just about to complete 4 mnths n I guess so small for yet to start silicon finger brush.. So I used to take Luke warm water in a bowl n dip Muslim cotton fabric in it n clean my baby's gums n tounge with it.
