hi , I am 37 when I was delivered my first baby, when conceive my first thing come to my mind that when my baby come to this world she should be healthy!!!! I take my pregnancy as a part of natural process of life I always tell my self I am pregnant and not ill.. and enjoy my each and every day of pregnancy I attended my office till my 36 week and first day of week 39 my baby come to this world, when she was born she was 3.6kg healthy baby so don't think about negative follow doctors instructions they will guide you ..

It's always better to see long term health prospects,for yourself and even for your infant.
Early pregnancy always gives you better edge over health issue and before your retirement your baby should complete his/her education which is again a convenient sign for your old age health.

Mental preparedness is more essential rather than physical age. but having said that... medically speaking having your first issue before and about around 30 is good for both the child and the mother since with increasing age the chances of maternal as well as fetal complications increase. Although medical science has advanced far and beyond and with assisted reproduction techniques and medical expertise one can achieve the demands at any age now but it is advisable for any couple who intends for family planning to plan keeping their age and health in mind.

yes u right i was delivered in age of 36 my was totally healthy n i m too ,no matter age issues

Don't go for pregnancy after the age of 35 years. High Risks and age also matters

I think that the best age for pregnancy is after 23 years and below 30 years...because the mom and baby both can be healthier in this age group post pregnancy.Mainly in india compared to other countries parents must take care of her children till they settled in their careers and etc...so the parents can see all their happiness if the mother can deliver a baby before 30years...that to in that age group mother has some good health to take care of children.
I am saying No to late age pregnancy.....
we can fulfill our dreams improve growth of career while being a good mother ...

As long as one's taking care of her body ,I think they will be able to have a healthy baby, actually women who gave birth after 30 are likely to live longer who have child at such young age when they get a research from graveyard 😊😊 if you are older you become wiser and will actually take good care of your babies ..
