Yes true . I had my first baby when I was 28 years old. I was young n was able to bear all the pains n all at that point of time n delivery was easy with normal delivery n post pregnancy was also not much n no health issues for me, my 2 child I delivered this year who is of 5 months old I feel lots of difference in pregnancy n also delivery (which was normal delivery again) but the pain n health issues for me after delivery was worst . So yes I agree having baby below 30 years is good for the mother rather than child. Child will be healthy if before 30 or after 30 it all depends on how mother takes care during pregnancy n after that. So I completely agree . 👍
