The first and foremost thing in pregnancy is to think positive and always be happy😁
I faced an issue of gestational diabetics while pregnancy, I was in diet from 7th month. I used to walk 10000steps daily with 4 times insulin injections, with all these I had only one thing in my mind “My baby” and never for a second I thought negatively and was always happy.
So All the mom’s to “ Be positive and Happy” everything will fall in place😁

I m so happy on that time...when doctor confirm to tell that time...when I am pregnant..my husband was very excited and happy.He much caring about me and my baby.one thing is I'm resign the duty and I to take care of my womb..
1st month to 5 month I have vomiting and tiredness , much hungry problem faced by me.but pregnant time is an wonderful time for everyone.we r looking , seeing,hearing , everything for a an baby issue.listing music,reading novels and Epics are good habits in that time.And regular health check up,scan are must do for it.and also intake proper medicine under medical supervisor.

mainly concentrate on diet eat protein rich foods like sprouts egg spinach and country vegetables like bitter gourd bottle gourd brinjal pumpkin it's ease constipation

pregnancy is a bliss of God has days pass by it makes to worry that Oly some days r more and wants the baby bump even more

to be pregnant is like to be a queen.
you will feel it post pregnancy. avoid eating outside food. fruits and vegetables are the best.

Pregnancy is the most beautiful and toughest part of life. The best news ever is to get pregnant. A pregnant lady should eat all time of food with the advice of doc. and she should take care of the activities done during pregnancy because it directly comes in baby too. So good activities and take care of urself in the beat way. Keep urself happy and surrounded with happiness. do not take any kind of stress. just live the vest moments with the baby inside. its the immense feeling only a mom to be can feel. So just keep rest of the things aside concentrate on your pregnancy and enjoy thats it.

After having two kids with small gap , I can say that pregnancy is tough phase for some and smooth phase for others . In my first pregnancy I had minimum five fruits ( specially apple )daily along with coconut water .In the last two months my mil used to give cow ghee in milk for easy normal delivery. Taking banana in morning is very good cure for morning sickness.Being active is very helpful. In the second pregnancy I had very poor diet with no milk intake but still I managed for normal delivery.
Normal delivery is painful but you can get back to normal life very quickly in normal on the other side c-sec is quick n easy but getting back to normal life is time taking with loads of side effects.
At last I would ask all expecting mothers to be happy n njoy.

In my 1st moment when I know I'm pregnent my hands automatically go and touch abdomen it feels no words to tell like flying in air .... last moment in labour pain I realised my mom's pain to give birth of me...

Its a wonderful experience. Just enjoy it. Tracking ur baby growth every week was really great. I enjoyed him moving inside my belly😘. To be honest it is something that i miss too badly after my delivery.i was crazy about eating everything. No one will tell you about ur weight😂.

when I got to know first, I was on cloud 9. Because mine was after a long wait of 6 years. The happiness was boundless.

But along with came a great responsibility that needed extra care n ample rest.. My biggest challenge was controlling my thyroid (TSH) levels within permissible limits and also taking enough rest as I had severe back pain starting from initial weeks..

I was very regular with my medicine and also made sure I eat right. Fruits and green vegetables were an essential part of my every day routine..
