Mom of 2 boy babies...
First hello to everyone here..I have lot to say as the gap between my 2 boys is very less & I have spent 4 maternity years😋..when I got to know that I am pregnant for the first time it’s a great feeling which cannot be expressed in words!!In a quick I thought to eat well and healthy but the very next day food aversions,vomitings,cravings started..so pregnancy means u can’t expect anything and be careful...we start thinking about the belly which is growing day by day and every pregnant women needs to have healthy and protein food,folic acid is must to ensure neural development in baby..don’t skip to have soaked almonds..we must be active during pregnancy 🤰 by trying to ignore the Morning sickness, food aversions!!the foremost thing is mood swings which sometimes may leads to hurt others and sometimes ourselves so to avoid that give sometime for meditation 🧘‍♂️..listen to pregnancy music 🎧 which is good for u and ur baby 👶!!!ya another thing is constipation during pregnancy may cause piles, to avoid that eat foods rich in fibre!!
Once u reach 6months pregnancy then u may feel the first kick of ur baby which is a gift from god..so from 6th month try to speak out with ur baby by keeping hand on ur belly so that she can listen to u by 9th month she will become very familiar to ur voice then once u delivered the baby feels very secured with u!!!!Not only words try to sing 🎤 ..read books, don’t forget to spend time with ur baby in the womb before going to bed..once we reach 8th month the eagerness to feel,sense,kiss and smell ur baby will be incredible..so try to ask ur baby to out soon and tell her how much u love her and how much ur waiting for her to come out😊...when u feel acidity have many small meals in a day but don’t eat at a time..still lot to say guys but whatever I did during my pregnancy I tried to explain here briefly..Thanq FIRSTCRY for giving this opportunity 💐

Dear Moms to be... You might be feeling pangs of anxiety as to how this whole experience will be.. Trust me... Its the best experience you will have.. Giving way to a new life.. Who is your part... Just listen to your heart rather than advices... This phase is going to be the best phase of your life... Just rest back and enjoy.. Eat whatever you want.. Sleep alot... Talk to your baby... Experience the kicks.. Go for long drives with your better half.. Make him a part of your enduring experience.The pain you feel.. The swollen legs.. All are a small price for the happiness which is going to arrive... Read watevr u want... Enjoy music with your baby in tummy.. Make a connection with the baby... Beleive me.. You will cherish these memories..

Mom, maa, ammijaàn, amma, aayi etc..this word is sooo beautiful n this experience is amazing. I uv 2 become mom once again cz u gave birth to a little prince or princess..when u heard abt pregnancy so many emotions, care, luv, everything will come to you cz of ur family members n loved ones..ths moment is sooo special to every women...u experienced so many changes inside u..every moment is unbelievable. .baby growth, food cravings, mood swings etc n finally the amazing feeling that u become mom very soon..I loved it n I wish I become mom once again..inshallah

#Dear moms to be

pregnancy is a most beautiful period in a woman's life.pregnancy is a full of joy, hope and anxiety.

1. Keeping yourself happy during all three trimester's is entirely with in you.

2.feel happy and joyful while pregnancy is important , it directly affects baby's neurological and physiological development.

3.Maintain a healthy lifestyle, take nutrition diet like proteins, vitamin c, calcium rich food, fruits,whole grains,iron rich ,folic acid rich food.

4.take prenatal vitamins.

5.exercise daily for 30 minutes like yoga, walking, swimming, and meditation.It helps blood circulation, strengthen muscles,decreases stress.

6.stay away from negative thoughts, and always be happy and be positive.make plans and shop for your baby.

7.follow the guidelines of gynecologist.

8.monitor your baby kicks and movements.

as my experience try for normal delivery, avoid cesarean section .
I tried for normal delivery but I had cesarean, it was painful experience.and I suffered with postnatal depression, for me it was a challenge, and I came out from depression by myself.i always tried to keep my mind busy with my child and with other works.finally all the positivity and strength in you only, with this you can win anything.
