Do walk regularly till your delivery. It is good for your health.Donot eat outside and salty food after 6th month.Dont eat soo much dry fruits.It may cause Diabetes and you gain weight a lot.

Best way to avoid this problem is to have less salt in your diet and drink plenty of water. I used to drink like 3, 4 litres a day. Then walk atleast for 20,30 mins randomly through the day. Preferably by 6,7 pm before going to bed. And wash your legs with warm water before sleeping. These helped me throughout the pregnancy.

Keep yourself hydrated, go for walking, keep your feet soaked in lukewarm water with a pinch of salt, get a massage on your feet (try to engage your husband too, this helps a lot!), do have a banana on daily basis. Banana helped me a lot!
