First of all swollen feet is a common problem during pregnancy. It occurs because your womb which carries the baby is compressing the the large blood vessels inside your body. So to alleviate this problem :
1.Put your legs above your body level ,that is keep a pillow beneath your legs so that all the water accumulated will drain out.
2.Sleep over your left side. This causes the womb to move towards your left therefore relieving the compression of the big blood vessel.
3.Do not keep sitting for longer time.It will lead to accumulation of fluid and lead to swelling. Once in a while keep walking even if you are in office.
