I am a teacher and used to work 7hours. When I conceived second time I took leave for some days as I suffered already a miscarriage in my first pregnancy.
For some days I did work from as used to write the book constant, I thought that it would be easy for me. But believe me it wasn't. My children's childhood will not come back once gone. Those moments... you spend time with them, playing with them, changing nappies, holding their small hands in your hands, talking to them... are precious. On the other side jobs you can do later. Only you have to maintain your skills. So I left my job considering my priority my family.
I want to see them growing. I want to teach them all the small small things which are big for them. I am so thankful to my Lord for blessing me with cute children. when they will grow up and start going to school, I too will join them if my Lord wills. I have kept my full concentration on my children so that I will not be guilty in future that I should have spent some time with my kids.
I also want to justify my job. If I join my job I can't concentrate on both. I have maintain balance between my mind and my heart. I can't divide them. Whatever I do will be perfect.
So for now I will put my full concentration on my priorities my kids, later on when they will be able to go to school I can join my job again.
This is my point of view. Other's may differ.

I try to complete my house hold tasks whem my husband is at home and he goes to office I try to complete my remaining small tasks along with taking care of my kids. when they go to sleep, I too go to sleep with them.
And this is possible if I follow my time table strictly.
I suggest all the moms to maintain a good time table for their children and strictly follow that. That way you may be able to get enough sleep... 🙂

it's really tough.but after continuous daily routine it's possible. One should give time to the baby after coming exhausted from work.

Sleepless nights are common for working moms. But understanding your baby's feed and sleep pattern helps a lot. Understanding your baby and following a good bed time routine, helps to align baby's sleep with your sleep time. Also, arranging some outdoor play for the baby, like taking him to nearby park, temple, etc, ensures a good night sleep.
As soon as you come home, you should pamper your baby, before doing household chores. This will bring down baby's anxiety levels few hours before his sleep time.
Also, feeding well during daytime is equally important. Before bed, baby should have a tummy full of milk, to help him sleep well.
Moreover, parenting is a twin job. Father's should participate well, be it household chores, taking care of baby, or staying up at night.

Its really difficult but not impossible You can manage it. Try to take help from your husband and also outsource some work. Don't try to do everything yourself. Even i face sleep problems. Hardly get 5 hrs of sleep in whole day of 24 hrs. But m happy as m doing everything for my baby. No body can understand the stress of working Mom. Don't get influenced by society negative comments. You are doing best. They are just to demotivate you. So be happy and enjoy these best moments of your baby. Ad they are precious.
