If the baby is a little older than 8-9 months, try to wake the baby up a little early than usual and start a early food routine. By doing this baby tends to sleep early at night so that we can wind-up our remaining work. Just in matter of a week this will be a routine

I was worked in the IT sector, when I was known I'm pregnant I resigned my job because I want to enjoy my baby each and every growth. my of them advised why your resigning the job now itself resign your job at the 7th or 8th month. but I'm clear on that when ever we can earn the money but the baby memories!!!. so I decided to go job when my baby was taking care of themselves then I have to go. did you like my decision then like me, or you have any suggestions comment me. thank you so much.
i did the same... now back to professional life

I was also in the same profession i. e in teaching where we have to spend 7-8 hours and apart from that make question papers and work sheet at home of class 11-12 every week !!! So i left the job around 6 month of my pregnancy and i was happy with my decision... i used to take care of myself daily walk 3-4 km , yoga 🧘‍♀️ etc and it results into a normal delivery!!! Now i am enjoying every phase of my baby ... it feels so good to watch them growing!!! Once he will be able to go school then i will also join my job because at the same time i miss it that too !!! Money we can earn later but not memories 💕💕
Enjoy motherhood! Happy motherhood! 😃👍

I am a teacher and used to work 7hours. When I conceived second time I took leave for some days as I suffered already a miscarriage in my first pregnancy.
For some days I did work from as used to write the book constant, I thought that it would be easy for me. But believe me it wasn't. My children's childhood will not come back once gone. Those moments... you spend time with them, playing with them, changing nappies, holding their small hands in your hands, talking to them... are precious. On the other side jobs you can do later. Only you have to maintain your skills. So I left my job considering my priority my family.
I want to see them growing. I want to teach them all the small small things which are big for them. I am so thankful to my Lord for blessing me with cute children. when they will grow up and start going to school, I too will join them if my Lord wills. I have kept my full concentration on my children so that I will not be guilty in future that I should have spent some time with my kids.
I also want to justify my job. If I join my job I can't concentrate on both. I have maintain balance between my mind and my heart. I can't divide them. Whatever I do will be perfect.
So for now I will put my full concentration on my priorities my kids, later on when they will be able to go to school I can join my job again.
This is my point of view. Other's may differ.
