Should I tell my boss I am Pregnant?
yes it\'s important to tell boss... when I said him abt my pregnancy he was so cool
It is better to inform.. in either ways, dey will know abt it.. but when I broke d news about my pregnancy, by God\'s Grace, everyone was happy and cooperated wd me.. I cud leave from office early den d others. But I gave up my promotion, cuz promotion meant transfer which was next to impossible. But I believe being promoted as a mother was more important. so I took my call.

very difficult decision, but time would anyhow reveal this secret and this is true that boss would think that now you would turn unproductive with time. this would lead to postponing of any promotion you were going to get. So my advice keep mum if promotion is due immediately or in 1-2 months time, otherwise tell.

I have faced the similar situation.
However, I didn't not inform to my boss until I got promotion. Later, I have informed and he reacted softly.
