One my way to have my baby in my hands in couple of months.
Being a working women in now a days corporate world is a bit tedious. People expect same amount of work but in due less salary then men. Because men are not suppose to take 6 months of leave during pregnancy.
And yes we being a strong women deliver the best work amongst the rest in office, but still when it comes about leave for family planning it becomes issue.
Just few days back when I told my boss about my pregnancy, he started shifting my work to others so that once I will be on leave his work should not get hampered. It\'s good that he cares about his work, but there would have been other ways also for doing same, rather then all of sudden shifting my damn every work to others.
At times I feel women\'s life is unpredictable, but at the same time to have the baby in ur body n observing the constant growth in you stomach makes you feel happy. But, my career aspirations and thoughts are struggling on my way.
One my way to have my baby in my hands in couple of months.

but then I told him wen I was 5 month pregnant and that time he told not to worry we will take care ! I felt so happy and relaxed !
but...this never be true in real world !
I have seen my boss changed and yelled at me in meetings wen I turn to 7 month pregnant !
his behaviour now changed ,the one who praised me a lot now no more liking me 🙄🙄
I have understand and cried too becz I\'m very much carrier oriented and then pregnancy is a part of our lives!
and suddenly seen one vacancy of my position only in front of me !
now I\'m not feeling secure in my job and having questions whether they will make resign or what!
and itsy 7 month now , whether they will show me door without even giving maternity leave ,or may ask me resign now and then maternity leave !
yes I\'m stressed already becz of corona and now this 😏☹️

even in my case I didn\'t reveal my pregnancy later on he asked me nd I had to tell him that yess I m on my family way. after a month increment happened but my increment was kept on hold nd reason was we r not giving increment to all HR. I worked for 1.4 yrs ND still my increment is not done. on top of that when I asked for early leave concession my boss told me that I can get those relaxation on my nine months. than I spoke to CEO directly nd got half an hour\'s concession only. it\'s very difficult to work with such kind of people bcz they make us feel that they d boss is paying from his pocket nd according to them leave plus salary should not be given. thanks to d govt. they gave us maternity benefits.
it's sadly to said but may be there are several facilities and rules for a pregnant lady..but in reality is different...i am mother of 2 children...when my ist child is born my boss impose me take resignation from job I do on that time....and join same organization after 1.5years...with no pormotion till 4 year after that during my 2nd child I quit job.. because they refuse to rejoin me.....total 9years job in same organization with no worth.....guilt is there but cnt do anything.....
