Stay at Home Moms Homemakers in making
Is it time to break stereotypes?
If you are a 'Stay at home Mom', you are easily stereotyped as having all the free time in the world & enjoying life in a way that working moms can't. Do you agree that a 'stay at home' mom's life is easier than a working Mom's life or is it just a stereotype created by the society?

yes it's 100% true.staying at home and caring babies is totally different then working mom.at home she will have plenty of time to do all things for kid.but if working mom will come in the evening and she can't spend valuable be time with kid.kid should wait till weekend

i agree with you
indeed.. being mother is not easy... while working you worry about your family and especially your baby and if you are a stay at home mom, you are likely to hear some stupid comments... neither of the moms task is easy hence it shouldn't be judgemental.

I agree with your comment, but I would like to disagree to the point of view you have towards working moms. let me tell you that it is not easy for any mother leaving her child to the care of others. there are so many circumstances to support that. one of the main factor is finance, or no help or support from family or friends. how many of us do that? to support a working mother. I have seen the concern in their eyes when the day of their joining back to work comes near. it is unfortunate that we do not have much support for the working moms , hence they are forced to turn to outside help.
yes you are right that they do not have much time for their kids, or house is not clean etc etc....but it not the no.of hours spend or the cleanest home one has that decides on the bonding between a child and mother, it is how you choose to spent your time with your kids. infact there are many who is finding quality time so that they can make the best use of the moments they have.
working Mom's can take a break of few years until the kid starts school.. then mom's can again find jobs and start working.. If parents have planned well for future financial stability before having a baby and if their is enough finance to support baby needs and care, mom's need not join their job in a hurry

no it's not just a stereotype that is created by society but it's like that when you see the child of working women and stay at home mom...working mom has to keep nanny or someone like that who could keep their child but there is no comfort like mother ...and this comfort can only be given by staying at home you can see your child's each activity and understands them well where many times working women as they work whole day they are not able to spend sufficient time with their kids...and it's never like that stay at home moment means you are free...beside being mom , mother's are also a housewife ,she has to look after her house fulfill her household responsibility along being mother to look after her child..its a multi Tasker thing to stay at home you can never be free...yes it is lil tough at the first stage for new mom's...as time passes every mother understand and manages thing accordingly...and in the whole task the toughest part is that your child has eaten or not..
it's better to say there are more cons being a working women than being at home..pros at being home is you can look after the baby yourself and can take care with your satisfaction .it's better than keeping nanny...nobody in the world other than mother can give care and love to their babies and this is one of the important cons of working women...being at work you cannot look after your child...and you might not able to share that much good bond with your kids...yes working outside is not bad but until your child grow that much that they can understand things become sensible enough than keeping them with nanny...after that you can easily work as long as you want...

yes of courses
Being a mom is not a easy task
whether mom at home or work.
bt working woman miss many important moment with their child bt saying that mom at home have free time is totally wrong as they all house chores, cook food ,maintaining house n most importantly make food by adding lots of love for their family.
