2. French toast- Beat 1 or 2 eggs- add sugar or sweater as you like; add malai for extra taste and cold or luke warm milk and beat. Now cut brown or multigrain bread in shape you want. Heat pan and add ghee. Dip bread in egg mixture and cook on both side on pan till it becomes slight brown.. Add honey on top and serve .
