poha with lots of veggies, wash poha ( puffed rice) in a strainer, cut vegetables of your choice ( onion, potatoes, bell peppers, peas) take a fry pan and heat mustard oil ( or any oil of your choice ), add some mustard seeds, sauté the vegetables, add puffed rice, then add some turmeric powder, salt and pepper acc to taste, mix it properly then add some curry leaves and lemon juice and some roasted peanuts coriander leaves for garnishing with some pomegranate, enjoy a quick nutritious meal. french toast recipes-Take 5 to 7 slices of bread. Take 2 eggs, add 5 spoon of sugar add 1 cup milk,2 crushed elaichi powder and stir well.
