it all depends on how supportive your husband and inlaws are.
If they are ready to support you for your dreams and career then you can think of continuing your career. If they are of the mindset that it is only the mothers whole and sole responsibility to take care of the child then nothing can be done about it.

i am somwhow able to manage my role as a mother as well as a working women because my parents are there to support me but same time i face challenges also to manage both the roles

Managing baby and career both parallely is very difficult for every women.. As both play an important role in life and needs to be handled very carefully both hand in hand..
I need to quit my job to look after my baby and also not to miss my milestones growing day by day..
Later once he was 3.5 years he started going to play home and i was getting bored all day so i started looking after a new job. Hopefully I got new job even after career break I must say I am Lucky in this matter.. Not all mom may be lucky as me bcoz getting a job after career break is not do easy.

Presently i am doing work from home. i deliverd a boy on September 2018. My office timing hours is 10.30 to 6.30pm. This is how my time become challenging
from Monday to Saturday my baby goes to sleep at 9am some time at 9.30am but he wakes up at 10.29am 😂. And he will keep quite in my laps either he will play with moving curtains but immediately starts crying whenever I got official call😐 and cries very loudly whenever I have to pick up call from my Boss 😯. He won't leave me either won't prefer to play and sit with his grandma till 6.30pm. till 6.30 he needs his mumma 😙. but at 6.30 or 7pm he is like now I have to play with grandma I have spent more time with mumma or he will go to sleep 😎😆

I must say no other work is harder compare to wat we do it just nt dat easy wat so ever i love it.i m new mom of 7 months old baby apple of an eye.

all time girls have to sacrifice. first in Marriage they have to leave her home , then for baby they have to leave their career. and at last they get nothing neither husband give her respect nor in-laws. the baby is innocent he/she knows nothing. they just need love and care. in all the journey girls loss their physical and mental health. they become fat and ugly, and their confidence level become zero. and they can easily become victim. so according to me girls should choose career. when you are earning you can hire maid for baby. independent moms become ideal for their baby.

Yes this is true.We get exhausted doing all work. But for me too baby is priority then job.
