Juggling between Your Work, Home & Kid is not an easy task. No matter how perfectly you are doing it, it is natural to feel exhausted from the daily challenges that life throws & to go on guilt trips because of not being able to spend time with your Kid. no doubt, I can handle my work, home and my baby also .
i believe it\'s a choice of a mother which can be different, for me it should be both but yes work will get compromise unlike with husband because babies are dependent on their mother and we need to accept and respect it.

we both r doctors being busy in critical care.. took lot of time to finish our studies and then got married at 35yrs. at 36yrs of age got spontaneous abortion of my twin babies at 5th month during Covid pandemic in 2020. No one knows the cure at that time. protection is the only means with masks and ppe.. being a responsible doctor I continued to work as there are insufficient doctors during pandemic... I lost my babies.. got my DNC done... started working again after 4days.. now at age of 38yrs I am mom of sweet lil daughter of 6months.. feeling very difficult to manage alone as my parents are aged and cannot trust maids. Dont understand how to go back to my work with small baby. who will take care of my baby? cant rely on aged parents and maids.... wat to do? ?

My research work includes field work, survey of different school etc. As a research scholar you need peaceful mind, concentration, focus, dedication to write a book. I don\'t keep house maid nor I put my kids in day care. It was a very challenging and difficult job for me after my second baby was born. But eventually I managed to balance both my career and my kids. Now I\'m doing Ok with both. We as the mother are most strongest, toughest, kindness human being. I\'m proud of being a mother it taught me many beautiful things.
