Juggling between Your Work, Home & Kid is not an easy task. No matter how perfectly you are doing it, it is natural to feel exhausted from the daily challenges that life throws & to go on guilt trips because of not being able to spend time with your Kid. mainly family support have to be their in all her steps. so that she can do wonders in any Field😇.
women should definitely do both ...I have two kids .. luckily blessed with people to take care of my kids so feel blessed..n can manage my clinic very well cause of my support... happy diwali to lovely smart mommies

hii I would like to tell you.. that I have balance 5 monty old baby girl. but I am working with an airline as a crew and I don't have any family support I s only me and my husband who takes care of my baby..
I really think you don't need to leave working if your partner is ready to help u .
I know it's important to spend time with your baby.
but trust me if you can manage things you can spend quality time with your baby.
their are lots of work from home . if you check in Google.. but beware of frauds..
yes, we can manage both. m a working woman and i bring my 8 months old baby with me daily to my workplace. its really challenging but both are important, our child for us and job for child's future.
you are lucky that you can take your baby along, but I think not all establishments allow this 😟
