Juggling between Your Work, Home & Kid is not an easy task. No matter how perfectly you are doing it, it is natural to feel exhausted from the daily challenges that life throws & to go on guilt trips because of not being able to spend time with your Kid. What are the challenges that you faced or are facing because of being a working Mom ? Do you think that a woman can successfully handle her parenting responsibilities as well as her career ?
Career or Home ? Or Both ?
Both is important for a single mother. Carrier and home because carrier gives more information about the new things and love of a mother is must for a child

When I think about work life balance, I don\'t imagine it as a perfect day where I got to spend the exact right amount of time having an impact at work and snuggling with my kid at home.
You simply have to put one foot in front of other and keep going.

As per my point of view I give first preference for my baby then comes to career. if all r fine at home then we can easily concentrate on our career. Both we should maintain

It is really difficult to manage both. I used to work as a woman scientist but after conceiving I had to leave my job as it was a high risk pregnancy and I was advised to take bed rest through out my pregnancy. after delivery there was no one at my home to look after my son, so I could not rejoin my research. When my son got 2yrs old I started University teaching as a guest faculty. 2 days a week I go to University and take classes. My next door neighbor take care of my son at that time. Whenever he is sick I could not join my work. I think if you want to balance your child and work you need your mother\'s or mother in law\'s help

In my opinion career is very important to a woman to be independent .But after giving birth to a baby it becomes small when compared to ur baby . we forget all the struggles taken in order to achieve the career v wanted...
s being vth baby is vry important if ur baby is dependent on u for feeding... as soon as ur baby starts eating food we can manage both our careers n family. can take help our inlaws or parents and give tym for both
