take proper diet is more imp for sound sleep so take meals between the gap of two three hours or take power naps when baby sleeps

Ask for help from your husband, mom, MIL etc... make a turn so that you can get some rest as well ... remember happy mom happy family 😁

My baby always sleeps in the day and he's awake at night. But I'm a day person and I work during the day so it's really hard for me to adjust

Being a mom is really a tough job first 5 months are really hard because you don't know how to handle a baby at nights when to feed him or what hi needs sometimes at night he is hungry or sometimes its time to change diaper or he just wants to play due to which newly mom can't have enough sleep but when there is someone to support you like our moms or husband it's not a big deal so I suggest newly moms to bring someone at your house until you are able to handle a baby.

me also experienced in presence of new born baby mom experienced lack in sleep it cause tiredness
sleep when baby slept helps to reduce sleep deprivation
