absolutely true ye problem all mothers ko face karni padti h isliye starting se hi baby ka time manage krna chahiye ki vo night m sleep kr ske starting m problem hogi but kuch time baad solve ho jayegi time table set hone k bad.

The only thing I could suggest to this problem is to seek help from your husband, involve him in this phase of your life. My husband tries to help me with whatever he can. He can't stay awake at night but he takes care of the baby in the morning so that I can sleep for an hour or so and now my baby is 11months old but yes I still face lot of challenge it's not only sleep deprivation but tiredness, backaches, body ache but when you see your baby smiling at you or when he sleeps like an angel then you forget all the pain and you just gaze into his eyes that's worth every pain, sacrifice you make.
