Sleep Baby & Mommy
I like sleeping, I used to take rest for many hrs during pregnancy..after giving birth to my cute little angel, sleep became less for me and moreover I had gone through c section, I needed rest for more hrs, I suffered in night as my angel was waking 4-5 times in the night and though I used to take rest little bit in the morning, I needed rest in the night, after completing one month my Angel sleeps and she gets up 2- 3 times in night and I m used to it.... So no worry,

taking rest is most important for new moms , it will effect directly to new moms health which is not good, the best time to take a nap is when ur baby is sleeping u should also sleep with her.

A good night’s sleep is very important specifically for a new mom. We gotta get all the energy for taking care of our little one. If we are deprived of sleep, it won’t just affect our health, but also of our baby since we won’t be able take care of him/her properly.
