best suggestion is set your baby sleep timing according to your sleep time table Dat too after 3months is possible.,..so that baby and mommy can sleep together and mom can have rest

They say sleep wen the baby sleeps. But it's wen the baby sleeps, we can do some work that we were unable to do while he/she was awake. By the time v r done n ready to sleep, the baby wakes up! It's a real challenge. All I can say is, u just have to be strong in ur mind and just remind your self each time that EVEN THIS WILL PASS😊
