Sleep deprivation is a major concern with all mothers. Leads to many issues including PPD / PPA. lack of sleep leaves the mother exhausted, confused, with the harmonal changes happening it a takes a toll on her health.
Few tips which might help -
take help of family, example husband or mom to hold the child for an hour or so, to get some sleep.
try to work out babies naps in a way that during night atleast you both get solid 4 hr continosuly.
remember it's just a phase and you'll be able to sleep better as the baby grows.

It’s the bane of every new parent’s life: The battle to get enough sleep. Multiple feedings per night, unexpected 3:00 a.m. diaper changes, and bouts of fussiness in the wee hours can turn even the most stalwart of new moms and dads into glassy-eyed, running-on-fumes versions of themselves.Create the best sleep environment (for you and baby)Swaddling, white noise machines, and a dark bedroom can all help baby stay asleep for longer periods.

I like sleeping, I used to take rest for many hrs during pregnancy..after giving birth to my cute little angel, sleep became less for me and moreover I had gone through c section, I needed rest for more hrs, I suffered in night as my angel was waking 4-5 times in the night and though I used to take rest little bit in the morning, I needed rest in the night, after completing one month my Angel sleeps and she gets up 2- 3 times in night and I m used to it.... So no worry,
