What pH Value One Should Look For While Choosing a Baby Care Product?

When a baby is born the skin pH is 7 unlike adult's healthy skin which has a pH of 5.5. Moreover, the baby’s skin is 20% thinner and very delicate hence needs specialized care. Using alkaline baby skin and hair care products with a pH >7 even if they are natural can damage the protective barrier, leading to skin dryness and roughness and might lead to increase in skin infections.Tell us what do you think about using pH 5.5 products for your baby's healthy skin.Gratification - 3 Lucky Winners to get a SebaMed Gift Hamper worth Rs. 800

Products with 5.5 pH can help retain babies' skin moisture and protect their delicate skin.. I think it could create a very thin layer over the skin to make babies's skin as healthy as adults.. I used Seba med baby massage oil and diaper cream and found it so good,, as its quality is so fine, a mild refreshing fragrance and its small quantity is enough to soothe babies' skin.
