What pH Value One Should Look For While Choosing a Baby Care Product?

When a baby is born the skin pH is 7 unlike adult's healthy skin which has a pH of 5.5. Moreover, the baby’s skin is 20% thinner and very delicate hence needs specialized care. Using alkaline baby skin and hair care products with a pH >7 even if they are natural can damage the protective barrier, leading to skin dryness and roughness and might lead to increase in skin infections.Tell us what do you think about using pH 5.5 products for your baby's healthy skin.Gratification - 3 Lucky Winners to get a SebaMed Gift Hamper worth Rs. 800

So much healthier and greater than other products. Its fragrance free and chemical free that's why I like this product and baby's skin feels like butter.

I generally prefer good products to my baby.when i searched for it, I've experimented many products on her tiny hands but nothing satisfied me except Sebamed. So I conclude that Sebamed product is best for my baby thus 5.5 is most suitable pH for baby's skin because sebamed always provide excellent products with goodness and care for baby's gentle skin.
