What pH Value One Should Look For While Choosing a Baby Care Product?
When a baby is born the skin pH is 7 unlike adult's healthy skin which has a pH of 5.5. Moreover, the baby’s skin is 20% thinner and very delicate hence needs specialized care. Using alkaline baby skin and hair care products with a pH >7 even if they are natural can damage the protective barrier, leading to skin dryness and roughness and might lead to increase in skin infections.Tell us what do you think about using pH 5.5 products for your baby's healthy skin.Gratification - 3 Lucky Winners to get a SebaMed Gift Hamper worth Rs. 800

pH 5.5 is the sweet spot for healthy skin, and it's especially crucial for babies who have thinner, more sensitive skin than adults. By maintaining a pH of 5.5, you can help your baby's skin stay moisturised, protected, and free from irritants.Any pH value other than 5.5 can severely damage sensitive skin.

pH value 5.5 is ideal for choosing baby care products since they are born with high pH being in mother's womb where all kinds of nutrients n chemicals are passed to the child. Hence lesser pH value products helps baby skin to turn healthy, smooth, soft and eyes are also protected while taking bath.

pH 5.5 keeps the baby skin smooth and healthy. It prevents dryness and keeps the skin moisturized.
