What pH Value One Should Look For While Choosing a Baby Care Product?

When a baby is born the skin pH is 7 unlike adult's healthy skin which has a pH of 5.5. Moreover, the baby’s skin is 20% thinner and very delicate hence needs specialized care. Using alkaline baby skin and hair care products with a pH >7 even if they are natural can damage the protective barrier, leading to skin dryness and roughness and might lead to increase in skin infections.Tell us what do you think about using pH 5.5 products for your baby's healthy skin.Gratification - 3 Lucky Winners to get a SebaMed Gift Hamper worth Rs. 800

using normal adult soap may harm the sensitive skin of baby causing rashes, dryness or other underlying reactions. Sebamed products are best for babies as they are soft on skin causing no harm.

No parabens or toxic substance

Besides that, sebhamed products do not contain any toxic substances like parabens or phthalates that could trigger irritation and skin problems. Therefore, the Sebamed baby skin care products are completely safe for your little one.

If appropriate pH is maintained the skin remains healthy, soft, supple and glowing...moreover there is lesser chances of getting rashes. sebamed products as promised maintain a pH of 5.5 and therefore keeps the delicate skin of babies healthy.
