What pH Value One Should Look For While Choosing a Baby Care Product?

When a baby is born the skin pH is 7 unlike adult's healthy skin which has a pH of 5.5. Moreover, the baby’s skin is 20% thinner and very delicate hence needs specialized care. Using alkaline baby skin and hair care products with a pH >7 even if they are natural can damage the protective barrier, leading to skin dryness and roughness and might lead to increase in skin infections.Tell us what do you think about using pH 5.5 products for your baby's healthy skin.Gratification - 3 Lucky Winners to get a SebaMed Gift Hamper worth Rs. 800

Sebamed recommended pH 5.5 is only good for baby skin because it's helps retain moisture of skin without causing dryness to baby's delicate skin thus retaining nourishment.

PH 5.5 should be used for the babies as their skin is very delicate and sebamed is doing great in this. I already started using sebamed products to my baby

we have been using sebamed since day one of our little one. it's been over 9 months and sebamed is our constant, from their rash cream to face cream, to moisturizer and bath soap, it has helped maintain our babies soft skin in the worst and best of weathers.
