नारियल का तेल मसाज मैं इस्तेमाल करे। सूती कपड़े पहनाए।
रात को सोने से पहले पूरे शरीर मै पाउडर लगाएं फिर कपड़े पहनाए। अगर बच्चा AC मै सोता हो तो फुल कपड़े पहनाए। h बेसन दही से बना हुआ उबटन लगाए उससे skin अच्छी होती है।
