try lemon water just before travelling .. and see the magic
i used to have that problem since childhood but tieing kerchief to cover my nose and mouth worked for me ..just like how people tie scarf or kerchief...try it once...

i have same problem since childhood but until I\'m a teenager ...so what i did is started experimenting on how to not vomit ...i used smelling lemon, using other perfumes, chewing gum etc etc but only one thing worked ...i used to tie up a kerchief to cover my nose and mouth (jus like some people tie with scarf and cover lower face) and it worked ...until now i still use it each time i go in car...try it once to your daughter...i guess it works

she is having motion sickness..... Try to ventilate her by putting down mirror of car every 15 mins or stop the car for a while and let her come out of the car for outer space because babies feel discomfort in the car because of small space... she will be fine as she grew up... my daughter was also having same problem but now as she up she doesn\'t have any problem

I faced similar exp with my daughter. here are my suggestions that worked well for my kiddo.
1. Make sure you feed the kid an hour early before travel, so that she has light tummy during travel
2. Always carry gummy or candy which is tangy so she does not feel nauseous
3. In order to avoid vomit, you can give her Ondem syrup 30 mins prior to your travel.
4. Don\'t offer any food during travel, also water should be just minimal, just let her sip at regular intervals so she is hydrated
