Soak methidana ( Fenugreek seeds) in water overnight...have it in the morning. You can add methidana sprouts to your diet too .

increase diet which contain Lactare granuales specially to increase beast milk production.. I was also faced problem n used this .. really satisfied... one more white cumin especially for this is also available

dip bread in milk. it increases milk. Also try to add rice items in your meal. it helps alot

Try to include dill leaves, drumstick leaves , bottle gourd in ur diet. and protein rich foods. it will increase the milk.

soak a tsp of methi seeds, at night and take it in the Morning, eat fennel seeds(saunf) and stay hydrated means drink more water
