why is kissing our own baby on the lip is so controversial ?
As a parent one does everything for the baby cuddling to cleaning them without any questions but when it comes to showing affection why do we need to rethink about doing something. kissing a baby on the lip or a cheeck is equally cute way of showing affection.
My little one loves the attention and he loves being kissed and cuddle .. i would rather fully shower my love on him before he turns older than sitting and thinking if what i do is or not the right thing do be done.
As far as a parent and baby is comfortable there is absolutely nothing wrong in it .

just kissing on babies lips does not show any affection...hug ur baby, cuddle her, make her smile, laugh, giggle hold her in ur arms...these all would show ur love and affection towards ur baby.

No kissing on lips is no healthy. One should only kiss a child on the forehead or hands and not anywhere else.

kissing and hugging your child is not what you deliberately do, look at your child an a hug, a kiss,a pat on bump or whatever comes from your inner self.
what ever mode of affection you express for child is out of anyone's control

Kissing on lips is showing affection to your own baby, but we have to care of it that we don't have any infection in mouth...

In my view, Ofcourse each and every parents want to kiss their child but to mentain health and hygiene of a child better not to kiss them in their lips. We can kiss them in cheeks but not in lips..
