I feel ppl who think like this should calculate their words twice as ideally when she stops bleeding (not due to age but due to pregnancy) a new life comes out which again is equally loved and respected and ideally this new life is out of the blood she didn\'t bleed out for 9months of pregnancy....so guys giving out new life of the blood how can that make her impure when she bleeds....grow up grow up....

traditions are made by men according their convenience. ridiculous.
We will have to change the mentality, the thinking of our society right from the school level. If we have a healthy discussion on menstruation in schools with kids, educate both boys and girls regarding it, they will grow up considering it a normal body process and not a taboo.

well..I think criticizing things won\'t change anything..start little changes around us..teach every member to respect women and their menstrual..awareness is everything ..this belief is in our roots..and if we want change start imparting correct knowledge to our children..
