A Boy Child or a Girl Child have been treated differently since ages. A desire of having a 'Son' rather than a 'Daughter' is still there in most parts of the country.Does it really matter for you? Why do you think our society has this preference for having Son rather than Daughter?

Nahi gender koi matter ni krta , parents k liye baby boy or baby girl dono hi bht pyare or dulare hote h. Ek maa hi janti h kya kuch face krke usne apne bacche ko janam diya, or ek baap hi janta h ki usne apne bacche k duniya me aane tak ka Safar kaise kiya, kis tarah se usne apni pregnant wife ko during whole pregnancy kaise support kiya.
Maa baap k liye dono ek saman hote h koi fark ni prta ki koun h.

A family is complete when you have both .. but if anyone of them is not given to you by God then it’s his plan and your karma… but society has a different perspective. If one is having boy baby then she treated as luckiest and if girl then poor lady😏 no body wants to congrats her for her baby.. aftermale child nobody force you for second child according to them ladka ho gya bas ab need ni h aur… and in case of girl child your in-laws force you till they get their male nominee 😟…. Equality is only in outside world but inside the families picture is different.. I’m having 2 daughters and its my experience 🙁

In our family no issues about girl or a boy they both are treated equally

Girls and boys are equal doesn't gender matter both are strong, independent, and achieve every goal.

Apparently the NAME of the family and legacies of the family are carried forward by the boy baby also the education expenditure of girl baby is less important because she's gonna be married and sent away, probably this is the reason! .. Nevertheless it's both child have same importance and right to be treated equally.
