turmeric milk, fruits, n date milk in the evening.. always inspir ur child to Hve healthy food instead of inspection.. keep on telling benefits of healthy diet n how things they eat are useful in their growth.. from 1 year.. than it will be very easy for mommy to make children eat healthy diet..

We are increasing immunity of our baby girl by following items that are
1. Rich vitamin C an other fruits.
2. Figs and almond
3. Drinking warm water
4. Running 10-15 min within house.
