Variety of healthy food. Don't feed them the same food everyday. Try different healthy food like Raagi, Millets, Nuts, Fruits. Once they are of better age add little bit of either garlic or ginger to improve immunity.

A good balanced diet of fruits, green leafy veggies, pulses and nuts. Milk and ragi for calcium needed for building of bones. Dates for iron. Oats for protein. Bananas for immunity. Curd as a probiotic for healthy gut.
