No matter which phase your state is in when it comes to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing orders aren't going anywhere anytime soon. That's the bad news. But the good news? It is possible for your kids to play with their friends this summer and still stay safe.

well as far as I was concerned about same thing too. I found the best solution to it. to boost the immunity of my baby I will make sure that I will give at least 2 fruits daily to him into which 1 should be Apple. An apple is must because apple's a day, keep the doctor away. Moreover, I also ordered some healthy organic dates for my 6 month old munchkin. so whenever I make apple puree or Banana puree I will make sure to add 2 dates into it. I then steam fruits, nuts like almond and walnut and dates along with that and make a puree of it so that my baby will be able to eat it properly and he also likes the light sweet taste.

Also at times I feel that become monotonous if you keep children in bed all the time or in same room. understanding the situation of outbreak outside I will make sure that at least I will take him to terrace or garden nearby in less crowded area otherwise the first 2 years are very crucial for baby brain development so, if I skip it then he will not get familiar to outside world easily. hence it is required that play with him and make him listen some bedtimes stories or sing or play some rhymes for him.
