I think to break this stereotypes we have to be first answerable to us..

let the gents of the family also help in kitchen, definitely they should understand the importance of co-parenting and follow the same... when the growing baby will see mom and dad are sharing household work and mom is not the only taking care of the baby... that will be inculcated in to their blood and that\'s how thinking will change so will change the society.

to break this stereotypes I will first of all raise my kid differently so that in future they would not follow such typical Indian rules ... I will fight for the right thing and never suppress my feelings at the same time take care of others feelings too but will not satisfy their unusual wishes.
