yes,of course there are some difficulties but still the charm of living together is more...
your workload is being divided,you have a family to share your thoughts, to laugh with them...and most importantly your child will learn moral values from all..and its always better for your child to live with his/her grand parents rather than with a unknown person ,specially for those working women like me...and it helps us to concentrate more on office during office times.This is my experience and my views,it may be different for others...

as per me being with in-laws.... totally my husband maintain distance from me . v both dnt hve gud communication properly.. . to spk anythnk I shuld wait until he cum to bed room to spk .... sometimes I feel I'm losing my patient... and angry lot ....

I feel staying with in laws gives your children a much broader exposure and experiences and most important of the above, the values.
the atmosphere sometimes becomes cranky but it's worth for the kids.
above all I feel that grandparents are the greatest gift for children
