As a Childbirth Educator and A pregnancy fitness expert, I help new moms to overcome the pregnancy and postpartum changes( physical and emotional). I teach pregnancy yoga n exercises ( for each trimester) which is tailored according to the expecting mom. meditation and relaxation techniques to deal with hormones related mood swings and anxiety. customised meal planning and diet chart. Overall pregnant and new momma needs a good atmosphere i.e., positive people and caring and especially happy mom creates happy baby .. so always be happy and positive and also have the healthy food
