both times I lost all extra gained weight automatically.. but you can lose it with exercise and proper diet at proper timing

weight gain is a matter but not need worried about this because a little healthier diet can lose the weight again.... usually I take daily lemon and honey juice for weight loss which is working....

no need to take tensio first of weight..lo😍😍ve ur body.first.. n u can also try this.... 😀Eating healthy,stop over eating, meditation, relaxation, exercise,yoga,evening walk n no to junk food ..that's the mantra of loosing weight

Breast feeding is the best way to loose weight. I don't get time to exercise since m a working mother. I keep my baby in a day care at work which is on the second floor of the building. My office is on the ground floor. Everytime I go to feed her or soend some time with her I make it a point to take the stairs. Exercise for me

Have become overweight very much determined to loose weight but ho nhi paa rha got ligament sprain so can’t do even brisk walking, highly depressed no old clothes fits me

Immediately after delivery kegels exercise helps us along with the abdominal exercise
Grapes , lemon or orange in the empty stomach really helps to burn fat along with pineapple juice or watermelon juice in the day time

i was gained oly 9 kg during pregnancy and lost 16 kg in 3 months after delivery

Post pregnancy i haven't gained much weight until 2 months. But after 2 months, it started very badly. Now I am more conscious about my healthy diet and going for walking, doing household chores, keeping my baby's care (which in turn is a great way of exercise). Also, keeping myself energetic, motivated and happy. I have seen many mums getting depressed because of their weight gain which is putting a negative impact on health. So being happy is helping in loosing the extra weight too.
