Hi.. actually I had pulmonary edema during my pregnancy which lead to emergency delivery of my preterm daughter.. in 33 weeks only.. I almost gained 87 kgs .. right after delivery my nutritionist adviced me a 4 gm salt diet.. with no rice,roti, preservatives, no Salt, sugar, no dairy products.. etc .. I only used to have boiled corns, salad ( carrots & radish )+ 3 egg whites and protein shake for 4 months.. with walking 100 step after every 3-4 hrs... was 10 day's in ICU , on ventilation for 3 day's 4th day I resumed my senses.. and then right after my baby was touching her 4th month I started doing exercises like crunches, squats, reverse plank, and now she's of 9 months where my body is perfect back to shape wearing my old Jeans and t-shirt .. tucked inn simply happy satisfied... !! more happy for the fact that now I only eat a pinch of salt and my tea without sugar...!! habits and practice.. make us do every impossible things..!!

Hii meri 1 June ko deleviry hui hai aur abhi mera weight 70 kg hai Mai Isi kaise kam kru mai bhut presaan hu is balley fat se exercise bhi kr rahi hu cumin water 💧 every day mrng mai leti hai luke warm water Piti hu phir bhi kuch fark nhi pad raha h ye fat kabhi jayega bhi ya nhi normal case mai bhi itna fat hota h kya
I started with 30minute walk 6 weeks postpartum. Now gradually moved towards running. Trying to eat healthy too as I am breastfeeding the kid. HIIT has always been my all time favourite workout and you don’t even need a gym for it. Soon going to start with HIIT exercises too

First check yourself if you have a diastasis recti. If so, first do the recti exercise to bring it back to normal than start with the normal exercise like plank and so on.
