I hv 2 months old baby .....can I start doing exercise.....I hv gone through c.s
Breastfeeding is very important for babies and ours bcoz it is reduce a more weight without exercise and avoid a rice and junk food
I reduce 26kg without exercise
I take full meal in morning 7am
Afternoon 12:30 I take 3 chapati and sabji 1 bowl dal and one glass of butter milk with jeera
and salt and thaen4:30 I take a 4-5any cookies with tea bcoz I loved it after 7:30 pm I take only khichadi bcoz I don’t like milk if u like u take it that time and when u sleep u take a two glass of normal water
It’s really work u should try it only 2 month and u see the result

helo beautiful ladies, if u want to loose weight pls control ur diet nd do 10-15 minutes exercise or walk daily u can do tobata exercise it\'s very helpful or very effective, nd diet play very important role in weight loose. u can eat everything bt in small portion nd drink lots of water, eat fruits, u can divide ur meal in 7 to 8 times. pls do exercise according to ur fatty body parts like if u want to loose ur arms fat then give more time at arms exercise as compares to othrr

Hi, my lo is 62 days old and 2 days back we had unprotected sex. Release sperm outside. I know it sound weird but it is the case. is there any chance of being pregnant. my body is very weak right now. even I don't want to be pregnant again. can I take unwanted 72 or ipill?
