Hey don\'t be in hurry it\'s 9 month journey and after delivery rest ur body for atleast 40 to 60 days after that u strat ur walk and than brisk walk than run 2000 steps to 10000steps dail its a slow processor but belive my with healthy diet and this walk effect a lot yes warm water is use ful but in post delivery 40 days use Ajwayan water its help so much.... After 6 month use walk plus exercise its benifical for you all the new mom.... Dont worry.... Lots of love to mom...
