I have 1 year baby boy and I am working mother so Its very challenging to me to care of my baby and manage all duties. So I lost my 10kg after delivery. I am trying to lose more by working hard.

Daily morning exercises(atleast half n hour)home made food ,palm size intake of food, in a day you can have 5 meals but small in quantity and before 7.00 after that you can have 1 glass of milk with almonds (9.00 pm)night. and early to bed early to rise is compulsory......
